ABSOLUTE DIGITAL LLC Terms and Conditions

1. 1. Program Description: ABSOLUTE DIGITAL LLC provides SMS alerts and updates regarding algorithmic trading accounts, market insights, and promotional information.

2. 2. Consent and Opt-In: By providing your phone number, you represent that you are the owner of the mobile account and provide express written consent to receive automated messages.

3. 3. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. 4. Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. 5. Help Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact support at matthew@absolutedigital.media.

6. 6. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. 7. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on interaction. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
